I just had a party for my daughters 21st bday at the Mandalay Bay! Roxanne catered the party and it was awesome! The meatballs were off the hook!!!!!! And the filet mignon crostinis were phenomenal!!! At first I didn’t think it was going to be enough food but it was! I highly recommend them! And Roxanne will work with you and your budget!! And she recommended a cake person for the cake and that was awesome too!
