I use fresh eggs from cage free chickens on my farm in the country….wait I live in Vegas so that’s not true but it sounded good didn’t it? But trust me these mini quiche bites will be the hit of your party! I make two varieties. One with veggies like spinach, broccoli, peppers and the other with sausage and bacon. Choose both or customize your own mini quiche with anything you want and I’ll make it with eggs that were treated very nicely!
