Chicken breasts are pounded thin and sauteed in egg batter then topped with a delicate lemon butter sauce.

I'd put my ribs against any of the pros! My baby backs are slow cooked till they fall of the bone and are smoky, sweet, succulent and smothered in home made sauce!
The key to tender juicy brisket is a good dry rub and to smoke the meat for about 12-15 hours for a nice bark. It's a labor of love and man is it worth the wait!
